this is Haven as a "Slayer". The Antagonist one from the story, highly jealous for Juno as the one chosen as a Hero by Gods. Always get into their way to find "The Hero Armor",
He thinks that he's the best and fits to be the real Hero of this story. Wearing an auto-bow in his left hand as his best weapon.
In the real life he's a pro-player from another country.
