Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sadly I will be alone for this one. Matt had to do a concert he didn't want to do, so I will be live tweeting (humonlazydiva) my impression of the whole shebang.

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

As I promised before, here's the FAQ's about me. It will be keep update if you got more questions for me. So, Let's Begin!

1. What is Your Favorite Medium to draw?
I draw with mechanical pencil for sketch,
Drawing Pen 0.05 for Ink (or sometimes with brush n Lasso tools in Photoshop)
for ink and coloring using Adobe Photoshop 7.

2.What does Inspire you to draw?
sometimes can be influenced from artist from professional into DA artist.
anyone can, as long as their work are inspiring

And as for beginning, I was inspired by my father who drew me "Mario Bros" when i was a child
(i dunno when, before pre-school maybe)
and it really looks like the original one XD.
That day, I believe that you can draw anything that you see right in front of your eyes.

3. what got you interested in draw manga?
I love reading manga, and i love watching anime. and all i can draw is just manga or anime

sometimes inspired works can move my mind to make something like them. and here I am...

strange, I do love drawing anime boy most O__oa I dunno, maybe because i sucks drawing girls and other things.

Insects, monsters with humanoid body, sometimes reality backgrounds and Ugly people+_+.

I was, But I'm already retired (getting old here.)

10. Why do you choose The name "Mazjojo"?
It's a quite long story

! but i guess it won't be enough to talk about it in here.
so I guess I'll just give some official reasons

My real name isn't really that. It's just taken from my last name and trying to making in cool, The "JoJo" one.
As for the "Maz", it was misspelling for a titled in Indonesia used to called like Mr. or Mrs.
in Indonesia we used to called "Mas" for men, and "Mbak" for women.
and again, I'm trying to making it cool by replacing the S with Z one in becoming "Maz"
in the end, my name's meaning is. Mr.JoJo

. but you can call me "Master JoJo", "mazjojo" or what-so-ever, ohohohoho
